08 OCTOBER 2019

Match 1: South Africa vs Canada

It is one-way traffic for the Springboks who could even win by 50 points or more.Although coach Rassie Erasmis is set to field his second-stringers it should be a run-away victory.

Match 2: Argentinia vs USA

The Poemas should also be too strong for the Americans and a point difference of 13 or more is predicted. The USA is making big strides internationally, but Argentinia just have too much ammunition.

Match 3: Scotland vs Russia

Another victory by 13 or more as Scotland will be too strong for the big-hearted Russians.

Match 4: Wales vs Fiji

Wales should have no difficulty in seeing off the Fijians by 13 or more. Fiji have big and strong players, but the flair of the Welsh could be too much for the island men.

Match 5: New Zealand vs Italy

After Italy was bruised by the Springboks, the mighty All Blacks will experience this encounter as a walk in the park. There is no way the spaghetti men can bounce back to upset Kieran Read's men.

12 OCTOBER 2019

Match 1: England vs France

England and France are both unbeaten in Pool C.England will start as favourites, but France can never be underestimated. On their day they can beat any side in the world. However, it will come as a surprise if England lose this one.

Match 2: Ireland vs Samoa

It is a must-win game for Ireland to stay in the hunt.Samoa showed plenty of guts against Japan last Saturday, but Ireland is predicted to win by 13 or more.

Match 3: Namibia vs Canada

The bottom of the log teams in Pool B now has a chance to score a first victory in this competition. Both were hammered with huge scores, but pride and a will to be successful will see both teams lift their game.Any one of them can win.

Match 4: Wales vs Uruguay

Uruguay is an entertaining team and exciting on attack, but Wales should be too strong in all departments of the game. The Welsh should have little trouble in winning by 13 or more points. They just have too much ammunition allround.

Match 5: Japan vs Scotland

A victory for Japan will see them through to the quarter-finals and therefor it is a massive game for the host. They always said reaching the quarters is their main target and they now have the opportunity to do just that. However, Japan will have to repeat their matchwinning performance against Ireland to down the Scottish.
